	The Hungry Years by William Leith William Leith used to have a column all about his life in a newspaper. I don’t know why but I always skimmed past it without reading it.
White Merc With Fins by James Hawes Before I got published I attended a reading Mr Hawes gave in London. Even though I loved his book in the Q and A session afterwards I asked him really awkward questions. I feel slightly ashamed of this fact.
